Gabriel Bullis spent years in the Navy running cyber operations, then moved into the Intelligence Community as a contractor on major AI defense programs. As a Senior Platform Engineer on Project Maven at NGA, he saw firsthand what happens when massive budgets meet slow timelines: tools built for PowerPoint slides instead of operators. Proposals that sounded impressive but never shipped. Deadlines that slipped because nobody building the thing had ever used the thing.
Vyper Intelligence exists because he decided to build something different. AI that actually works, deployed by people who understand what "mission-critical" means, priced for organizations that need results, not another vendor relationship to manage.
